Advent Service of Remembrance

An Advent Service of Remembrance and Hope will be held at Gethsemane on Wednesday, December 17, 6:30 p.m.

This service is a time to get away from the rush to Christmas, to share the meaning of Christmas, remembrance of loved ones and the hope we have, as we look forward to celebrating the birth of Jesus, God’s Son.

Snow Shoveling Help Needed

Winter season is upon us. We are looking for volunteers to help shovel snow away from the entrances of the building and the food pantry. Snow shovels and a snow blower are available or you can bring your own. Sign up for a week, maybe two, or possibly an entire month. If this is something you might be interested in doing to serve the church, there will be a sign-up sheet (monthly calendar) on the bulletin board, or call the church office and we can get you signed up.

The Generosity Team is organizing a Gethsemane Bell Ringing Day and we need your help. We need volunteers for one-hour shifts (so easy!) at the Super One North location (not South this year) on Monday, December 15th.
